Einkaufsbedingungen

Preamble

1. These General Conditions of Purchase (“GCP”) shall apply to any delivery of Goods in accordance with a separate purchase agreement between an entity within the Alfa Laval Group (the “Purchaser”) and the Supplier of the Goods (the “Supplier”) and shall further apply to any purchase order of Goods subsequent to such separate agreement between the parties or on a standalone basis, unless otherwise has been agreed by the parties in writing. Any purchase agreement and purchase order (including these GCP) relating to the Goods are hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”.

2. In case of contradictions or inconsistencies, the individual provision of the purchase agreement shall take precedence over the relevant general provision of these GCP. The Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement. Any general terms and conditions of the Supplier shall only apply in so far as they are expressly accepted in writing by the Purchaser.
