Funktionsprinzip

Der Wärmeübertragungsbereich eines geschraubten Plattenwärmetauschers besteht aus einer Reihe von Wellplatten, die zwischen einem Rahmen und Druckplatten montiert sind, um den Druck aufrechtzuerhalten. Dichtungen bilden den hermetischen Abschluss zwischen den Platten. Flüssigkeiten strömen normalerweise im Gegenstrom durch den Wärmetauscher. Dies ergibt die effizienteste thermische Leistung und ermöglicht eine sehr enge Temperaturannäherung, d. h. eine geringe Temperaturdifferenz zwischen dem austretenden Prozessmedium und dem eintretenden Betriebsmedium.
